Return shipping items

1. Bellelover will ship the itmes within 3 business days according order's sequence
2. Bellelover General Item Return Policy - In most cases, items shipped from Bellelover can be returned within 3 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable.
Please note that the shipment of the product after 30 days will not be accepted for return If it's not a quality issue.

3. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after it has been shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Return instructions

1. receive a faulty unit, or the wrong product

Please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process. 

Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.Our team will bear the freight charges for the return of the goods

2. Items of good quality

If you receive it and find yourself taking the wrong size, color, dislike or other reasons,Please contact customer service, we can accept the return of the goods in good condition. (At this point, the buyer is required to bear the freight.)

Please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process. Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase-Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

Attention

When placing the order, you can choose to buy Freight Insurance. If there is a return of goods, we will bear the freight cost of returning the goods.


Where do I send returns?

 Please contact our Customer service at sales service service@bellelover.com to get the returned address.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
